IIUSA has developed several applications for Autonation. Our most recent implementation is a web based field agent's tool used to rate dealership departments (customer service, finance, service, etc.) on various metrics such as appearance, code enforcement, and personnel training to name a few. System identified problem areas needing attention generate tasks for the designated resources, and a back and forth dialog between concerned parties through the application allows for fine tuning and eventual resolution of the task. Alerts and reports are generated and sent to all concerned as the task proceeds through its life cycle. These completed tasks are matched to performance targets and actual financials in order to give a measure on the impact they have on actual dealership performance.
